The T Third platform at Third & Marin is two blocks out — the venue's own count, and still closer than almost any room on this list. Caltrain 22nd St is a 12-minute walk north if you're coming up the Peninsula. There's a Bay Wheels dock next to the venue, but no racks for your own bike.

Industrial Dogpatch, so the street grid is the lot — Marin, Indiana and Illinois run free most nights because nobody lives on those blocks. The house says it plainly for block parties: parking goes extremely limited, and they point people at rideshares. 280 lets out two streets over, which is also why the ramp knots the second a big room empties.
